Your planner is yours.

Your account email and name, the content you create in the app (tasks, goals, notes, schedules), your preferences, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.

We do not sell your data, we do not share your planner content with advertisers, and we do not read your notes for marketing purposes.

Data is stored in an encrypted cloud database with row-level security, so each account can only read and write its own rows. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

When you explicitly trigger an AI action (prioritize my day, organize brain dump, break down a goal), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. It is not used to train models and we store only the output in your account.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — only the order reference and purchase status.

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@prioriva.app and we action requests within 30 days.
