Your planner is yours.

Your account email and name, the content you create in the app (tasks, goals, notes, schedules), your preferences, and basic technical logs needed to keep the service running.

We do not sell your data, we do not share your planner content with advertisers, and we do not read your notes for marketing purposes.

Data is stored in an encrypted cloud database with row-level security, so each account can only read and write its own rows. Traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS.

When you explicitly trigger an AI action (prioritize my day, organize brain dump, break down a goal), the relevant text is sent to our AI provider to generate the result. It is not used to train models and we store only the output in your account.

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Prioriva reads event titles and start and end times, including all-day events, from your selected calendars. We also access calendar names and identifiers and event status information to exclude cancelled, declined or free events. This lets us show your events in the Day Planner and find free time for your tasks without scheduling over existing commitments.

Our Google Calendar access is read-only. Prioriva never creates, changes or deletes events in Google Calendar. Hiding an event or scheduling or moving a task in Prioriva only changes your Prioriva planner, not your Google Calendar. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Settings at any time.

Your Google Calendar data is never sold or shared with advertisers or other apps. It is used only to provide your calendar and scheduling features, with the service infrastructure needed to securely retrieve and process it on your behalf.

Prioriva's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card details — only the order reference and purchase status.

You can export, correct or delete your data at any time. Email support@getprioriva.com and we action requests within 30 days.
