Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Prioriva for your own planning, on your own account, for as long as the product exists. You may not resell, share or redistribute access, or copy the product to sell something similar.

Prioriva is a one-time payment for the core app. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify; the price and currency you see at checkout is the price you pay. Optional add-ons, if you buy any, are also one-time payments.

You are responsible for keeping your login details private. Your planner data belongs to you and is stored securely with your account. Read the privacy policy for details on how it is handled.

Do not attempt to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's accounts, or use Prioriva for anything unlawful. Accounts used this way can be closed.
