Email support@prioriva.app from the address you used at checkout with the word "refund" in the subject. No forms, no retention calls.

We approve refunds within one business day. Your bank or card issuer typically posts the money back in 5–10 business days, to the original payment method.

Your account is closed and your data is deleted. If you come back later you can buy again at the current price and start fresh.
